John GreenoAs the Assistant Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer, John is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources including: benefits, compensation, recruiting, employee and labor relations, HRIS, training and development, worker's compensation, wellness, policies and strategic planning.

Myia Despert

Assistant to the AVP/CHRO



Myia DespertMyia is the Assistant to the Assistant Vice President/Chief Human Resources Officer. Myia provides support to the departments including processing unemployment claims and Human Resources payroll. She will interface with other University departments and outside entities, research and best practices benchmarking and provide general office support.

Senior Director, Human Resources



Ryan DawsonRyan is the Senior Director responsible for the areas of employment, employee relations, training and development, international visas, unemployment control, and diversity and inclusion. Ryan is a member of numerous committees including: Title IX Committee, Wellness Committee, Student Conduct Board, numerous search committees, and various ad hoc policy committees.

Andrea Berestecky

Employee Relations Specialist



Andrea BeresteckyAndrea provides a full range of employee relation services to the University community, including consultation and support to management and employees through analysis and interpretation of University policies and procedures, review of applicable employment and labor law, providing objective problem-solving and decision-making assistance as well as mediation and conflict resolution services.  She is also responsible for managing the 30, 60 and 90 day introductory and review and the exit interview programs.

Lisa GuercioLisa is responsible for general Human Resource inquiries, new hire tax and employment forms, employment openings, listings, and closings, and candidate skill assessment testing.

Donna Steed

Director, Benefits



Donna SteedDonna is responsible for the administration and compliance of the employee benefit programs while overseeing and managing the Benefits Office. She is a Plan Administrator for the University's Retirement Plan, a member of the University Retirement Committee and advisor to the University Benefits Committee. Donna is also a member of the University Wellness Committee and directs the Wellness in Motion Program.

Ashley Knight

Manager, Benefits



Ashley KnightThe Benefits Manager assists with the administration and technical compliance of the employee benefits plans.  Primary duties include plan auditing, New Hire Orientation presentations, preparation for the University Open Enrollment process and Tuition Remission.  This position also serves as Secretary to the Wellness Committee.

Disability Claims Manager



Melody CookThe Disability Claims Manager manages all aspects of short and long-term disability, medical leaves of absence, Family Medical Leave programs, workers' compensation program and serves as initial point of contact for reports of workplace illness or injury.

Kimberly Trevors

Benefits Assistant II



Kim TrevorsKimberly is the Benefits Assistant II. Her extension is the primary contact number for the benefits office. Kim processes and maintains benefits eligibility events, including the Health Reimbursement Accounts for eligible retirees. She is responsible for performing enrollment data audits and completes Accounts Payable transactions. She is the Human Resources webmaster and provides regular support to the benefits office staff.

Manager, Compensation



Christine MingoneChristine is the Compensation Manager and oversees the development and implementation of compensation policies and programs.  She manages the classification program, conducts position classification reviews, provides guidance for position descriptions, participates in salary surveys and conducts salary reviews and market analyses.

Manager, Employment and Recruiting



Heidi BachnerHeidi is the Manager of Employment and Recruiting and provides expertise and assistance to hiring managers in the divisions of Student Life, Management & Business, University Advancement, Mission & Identity, Legal Affairs and The President's Division. She also oversees policy development and management of the Student Employment Program, coordinates unemployment compensation control, and contributes to special projects.

Senior Recruiter and Diversity Recruiting Leader



Marla BradfordMarla is a Senior Recruiter and Diversity Recruiting Specialst. She is responsible for overseeing and managing all recruitment activities for the Academic Division which includes faculty, administrative and staff positions. In addition, Marla administers the Minority Development Internship Program.

Recruiting Specialist



ShaNay BakerShaNay is a Recruiting Specialist and is responsible for the day to day coordination of the Student Employment Program. She also responds to general Human Resource inquiries, provides assistance with general recruitment, and contributes to other departmental projects.

Kathy Jaczesko

Director, HRIS



Kathy JaczeskoKathy is the Director, HRIS and is responsible for directing all aspects of HRIS Systems Administrations; she also leads the HRIS team in managing the day-to-day activities to support HR/Payroll in the establishment and maintenance of all personnel, salary, benefit and leave records. She is responsible for the administration and integration of multiple software applications and leads HR reporting initiatives including compliance reporting, total compensation and the University Directory. Kathy is a member of the Data Standards Committee, ECC Committee and Tech Partners Group on campus.

HR Business and Systems Analyst



Mary Marcanio As the HR Business and Systems Analyst, Mary assists the Associate Director with HRIS systems administration and project implementation. She also partners with CTS to advance HR reporting initiatives and provides support and direction for HR technology initiatives.

Erroline also manages ongoing and special projects in support of operations in all areas of Human Resources.
