CLE Addresses Issues of Elder Abuse and Neglect Cases
The Duquesne University School of Law is hosting Current Issues in Elder Abuse and Neglect Cases, a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar that will cover topics related to civil nursing home cases, including discovery issues, corporate negligence, arbitration agreements and more.
Presented by attorneys Peter Giglione, A. Michael Gianantonio and Robert F. Dale, the course offers three (3) hours of substantive CLE credits.
When: Saturday, Feb. 27, from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
Where: Room 203, School of Law, Duquesne University, 600 Forbes Ave., Pittsburgh.
Information: Cost is $90 for attorneys seeking CLE credit. Admission is free without credit as space allows. Pre-registration is required.
