Hosted by the Cyril H. Wecht Institute for Forensic Science and Law, this Forensic Fridays seminar will address trauma that criminal justice workers experience. Human Rights Film Series: White Right: Meeting the Enemy
The 12th annual Human Rights Film Series titled The Urgency of Dialogue begins with a screening of White Right: Meeting the Enemy by female Muslim filmmaker Deeyah Khan. In the film, Deeyah engages in conversations with white supremacists to better understand their ideologies. The Urgency of Dialogue offers a lineup of six films that try to inspire dialogues about some of the most critical human rights issues facing today's world. Sponsored by the Duquesne University Department of Classical and Modern Languages and Cultures.
