The Office of Student Housing and Residence Life at Duquesne offers undergraduate and graduate students 8 housing options on campus. By choosing to live on campus, you will get to live with some of the best views of the city of Pittsburgh, while spending your time in a safe, caring, and exciting, living learning community. 

Through the Office of Student Housing and Residence Life, students can explore housing options, apply to live on campus, meet hundreds of supportive staff members, and learn about the residential student experience in our Living Learning Centers. We hope you will choose to live in one of our housing options while you spend your time at Duquesne and in the city of Pittsburgh.

Student Housing Options

Living Learning Centers, also frequently referred to as Residence Halls, are where a majority of residential students spend their time when they are not in class. We strive to ensure that every student has a safe environment that they can call their own and be their authentic self. Learn more about each Living Learning Center below.

Assumption

Assumption is the home of 300 first year and upperclassmen students who are part of the Duquesne Honors College.

Lumina Properties

With Lumina apartment-style living, you’ll have access to everything you need to make the most out of your collegiate experience. There are 3 Lumina properties you can choose at Duquesne.

Des Places

Des Places is a housing option for returning students. The building offers upperclassmen students the opportunity to live in suite style rooms.

Duquesne Towers

The Duquesne Towers is home to 1,100 first year and upperclassmen students. All floors in towers offer, laundry, kitchenettes, and study lounges.

St. Ann

St. Ann LLC is a place of many memories for Duquesne students because 600 members of each first year class call St. Ann home.

Vickroy

Vickroy is a favorite housing option for many sophomore and upperclassmen students.

Living and Learning Experiences

As a Duquesne student who lives on campus, you have the opportunity to join one of our Living and Learning Experiences. These experiences offer specialized housing communities that allow students the opportunity to live with others that want to explore similar academic programs, future careers or specialized interests. These communities include the Honors Program, Global LLC and others.
