Review of published Federal primary resources (court reports, constitution, statutory law, administrative law) and secondary sources (digests, citators, annotations, encyclopedias, treatises) with some references to important Internet Web sites.

This course is approved by the Pennsylvania Continuing Legal Education Board for three (3) hours of substantive law, practice and procedure CLE credit and zero (0) hours of ethics, professionalism or substance abuse CLE credit.

Discusses Pennsylvania secondary sources including encyclopedias, dictionaries, law review articles, legal news, directories, forms, practitioner aids, etc.
