Applying for the Program

The application process is streamlined to fit the needs of busy adults.  Your application packet must be complete before it will be reviewed by the Admissions Committee.  A bachelor's degree is required for admission.

  1. Complete an application and mail or fax to the Paralegal Institute.
  2. Letter of Interest: A letter that accompanies your application that describes your background and educational/career goals.  Email to paralegal@duq.edu.
  3. Official college and/or university transcript(s): All transcripts must be requested in writing. Transcripts marked "Issued to Student" are not official. Official transcripts are only those mailed directly to the Paralegal Institute from the issuing institution.
  4. Schedule an advising appointment convenient to your personal schedule (recommended). Call 412.396.1643 or 1.800.283.3853.

 

Tuition

Tuition for the 2013-2014 academic year is $584 per course.  A $96 university fee is charged each term. Some classes may be charged additional fees.

The Paralegal program is approved for for GI Bill or VA education benefits and for CareerLink funding; please contact your VA or CareerLink office for more information about this opportunity
