Biography
Amber Satterwhite holds the position of Assistant Director for the Center for Excellence in Diversity and Student Inclusion, nestled within the Student Life Division. Her dedication to students echoes the office's "home away from home" philosophy.
Originally from Jacksonville, FL, Amber embarked on her Duquesne journey in April 2011. With over 17 years of experience in higher education, she started as the administrative assistant for the Center, ascending to assistant director in 2023. As a proud "double Duker," she celebrates her alma mater and is thrilled that her son is carrying on the legacy.
Amber earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science in 2017, followed by her Master of Science in Higher Education Administration in 2020, both from Duquesne University.
