Biography
Dr. Amy Mattila is a graduate of the Duquesne University Occupational Therapy program and is returning to the department as an Assistant Professor. In addition to her MS in Occupational Therapy, she also completed a dual undergrad major in Health Sciences and Psychology at Duquesne. Her PhD in Instructional Management and Leadership is from Robert Morris University, where she focused her dissertation on student's perspective of role emerging behavioral health fieldwork in community based settings. Dr. Mattila enjoys spending time around Pittsburgh with her husband and daughters. Her favorite "occupations" include travelling, coaching her daughters' softball team, reading, and baking.
