Bethany Gary

Bethany Gary joined the team at the Center for Career Development in August of 2022, and serves as the Assistant Director/Career Consultant for Liberal Arts, Education & Music. In this role, Bethany provides coaching and guidance to undergraduate and graduate students for all aspects of career exploration and preparation. Additionally, she provides resources to students and helps to facilitate career-related programs and events.

Bethany has over 13 years working in various functional areas within higher education including student activities, orientation, residence life and career development. Throughout this time, she has worked at the small, private institutions of Marian University in Indianapolis, IN and Seton Hill University in Greensburg, PA and the large, public institutions of Ball State University in Muncie, IN and Northern Illinois University in DeKalb, IL.

Bethany is very excited to be back in her home state of Pennsylvania and to be a part of the DU community. When she isn't working with students, Bethany enjoys singing, baking, crafting and playing board games with her husband at their home in Manor, PA.
