Biography
Jaime Latronica is currently the Manager for Special Projects at Neighborhood Legal Services, in Allegheny, Butler, Beaver, and Lawrence Counties. She oversees strategic grant projects that have unique intake and referral mechanisms and cover a variety of legal subject matters. Some of these subject matters include the Elder Law Project, the Medical Legal Partnership with UPMC, and a project with the Department of Human Services that covers intakes from Family Centers in and around the Pittsburgh area. Ms. Latronica is responsible for completing reporting to the various grants funding the Special Projects Unit and she also manages all staff assigned to the Special Projects Unit. Prior to moving into this role, Ms. Latronica was a Staff Attorney in the Butler County Office for NLS. Before joining NLS in 2021, she worked as an Associate Attorney at the YWCA of Greater Harrisburg Domestic Violence Legal Center, a Judicial Law Clerk in Clarion, Elk, and Cameron Counties, and an Associate Attorney for Stephen J. O’Brien and Associates, LLC, in Pittsburgh, PA.
Ms. Latronica earned her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2008. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Minor in English Literature, and a Certificate in West European Studies from the University of Pittsburgh in 2005, Summa Cum Laude. Ms. Latronica is currently admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the in the United States District Court in the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is also a member of the Butler County Bar Association.
