Biography

Dr. Jenna Hennessey is an Associate Clinical Professor of School Psychology in the Department of Counselor Education and School Psychology at Duquesne University. She is a licensed psychologist specializing in comprehensive outpatient evaluations addressing the neuropsychological effects of developmental and acquired neurological impairments. Dr. Hennessey earned her B.S. in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University, and both her M.S.Ed. in Child Psychology and Ph.D. in School Psychology from Duquesne University. She completed her internship and postdoctoral fellowship in pediatric neuropsychology at The Children’s Institute of Pittsburgh. Her research interests are prenatal substance exposure and working memory interventions. Dr. Hennessey is a member of the American Psychological Association, the National Association of School Psychologists and the Pennsylvania Psychological Association.
