Biography

Dr. Jordana Lockwich earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 2010 and completed her PhD in Rehabilitation Science from the University of Kentucky in 2021. She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Physical Therapy at Duquesne University. Dr. Lockwich is the course coordinator for the DPT clinical neurology rehabilitation curriculum and serves as the Assistant Director of Clinical Education. Dr. Lockwich has over 10 years of experience as a provider of neurological therapy in an inpatient rehabilitation setting and still practices at Encompass Rehabilitation hospital in Sewickley, PA. Her research interests include providing exercise opportunities in the community to improve gait for individuals living with neurological impairments.
