Biography
Nicole Feldhues has served Duquesne University as Director of Career Development since July of 2008. Serving in this role, Nicole oversees the coordination of career development programs, job-search events, and employer relations for the students and alumni of Duquesne University. She has more than 29 years of experience working in career services and student development in a higher education setting. Ms. Feldhues is an experienced speaker on topics related to career development, job-search planning, and workplace professionalism and makes educational presentations to both university classes and professional organizations.
She currently serves the career development profession as the Past President on the Executive Board of WestPACS - the Western Pennsylvania Career Services Association and on the Board of Directors of PERC – the Pittsburgh Education Recruitment Consortium. She is also a Past President and current member of PennACE – Pennsylvania Association of Colleges and Employers and a member of NACE – National Association of Colleges and Employers.
Nicole resides in Moon Township with her husband, Bill, and their three very busy children, Hannah, Sophie, and Will. Most of her non-work life simply revolves around theirs! But those that know her well, know that she loves to read and travel and is a fan of all things Disney!
