The Center for Spiritan Studies is pleased to announce the recent publication of Praying St. John’s Gospel with Francis Libermann.
Published May 23, Pentecost Sunday—which also marks the 320th anniversary of the founding of the Spiritan Congregation—the book is an edited and condensed version of original commentary by the Venerable Rev. Francis Libermann, C.S.Sp., as translated literally and in its entirety by the late Irish Spiritan Rev. Myles Fay, C.S.Sp.
The book also includes an introduction that provides an overview of the life of Libermann (one of the Congregation’s founders) and how the commentary came to be written, preserved and published.
