Duquesne University’s Emerging Leader Program is designed to equip rising leaders with the tools and mindset necessary to navigate and excel in such an environment. By integrating the principles from the acclaimed book The Leadership Challenge, this immersive three-day workshop focuses on developing the essential leadership competencies through “The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership®.” 

Participants will engage in hands-on learning, reflect on their leadership behaviors through a 360-degree assessment, and actively apply the five practices to real-world challenges. This program is tailored for highly motivated individuals with three to five years of experience who are poised for promotion and ready to lead with integrity, vision, and impact.
