Duquesne’s Palumbo-Donahue School of Business is accepting applications for its new Master of Science in Entrepreneurial Leadership program, launching Fall 2024. This 30-credit degree provides students with valuable skills needed to start new businesses and lead entrepreneurial initiatives within existing enterprises.

Flexible degree options allow students to complete the program mostly online in three to six semesters, with spring, summer and fall start terms available. Students are paired with a success coach to develop a course plan and schedule that best suits their needs.

“Our AACSB International-accredited Master of Science in Entrepreneurial Leadership is a great fit for difference-makers who want to lead with vision and strategy,” said Staci Offutt, instructor and director of the Center for Excellence in Entrepreneurship. “Students will gain powerful networks, professional confidence and the impressive experience to lay the foundation for a dynamic career utilizing these highly valued entrepreneurial skills."

Coursework and hands-on learning opportunities allow students to gain experience with ideation, change management, pitching business projects and securing venture capital – all while leveraging Duquesne’s connections to the regional entrepreneurship ecosystem and alumni around the globe.

Students can begin their studies in the program or transition from Duquesne’s Graduate Certificate in Entrepreneurship or Graduate Certificate in Executive Leadership.

With access to the Center for Excellence in Entrepreneurship, students collaborate on idea generation, problem-solve and develop business plans. Students also have the opportunity to participate in the Duquesne New Venture Challenge  and take advantage of services provided by the Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
