We’ve updated our IT Service Desk schedule to better support you during the first week of spring semester classes. Please review the details below:

First Week of Classes Extended Hours (January 13-15):

  • Online Chat: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Email Support: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
  • Walk-in Support: 8:30 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Normal support hours will resume on Thursday, January 16. If there is a technology emergency outside of normal support hours, call (412) 396-4357 and press 9 to leave a voicemail with the on-call analyst.
