The Ambulatory Care: Developing Sustainable Clinical Pharmacy Services certificate
program is an 8-week, 30 contact-hour program that will give participants the knowledge
and skills to successfully lead the integration of clinical pharmacists into ambulatory
care clinics and teams. Participants will develop proficiency in discussing established
value-based care models with key stakeholders and apply business planning concepts
to the development and implementation of a sustainable ambulatory care practice. Our
