The Mary Pappert School of Music offers a number of courses open to all Duquesne University students (listed below) covering a variety of musical topics. All of these courses fulfill the Communication and Creative Expression Bridges Competency, as well as the competencies indicated below.

Ensembles

All Duquesne University students, regardless of major, are all welcome to participate in ensembles.  Unless otherwise noted, these ensembles require audition for placement. Contact the Chair of Performance or Chair of Open Music for information about placement auditions. Note to Student Success Coaches: please call for override for courses listed as restricted to Mary Pappert School of Music.
