Computer Labs
Computing and Technology Services' (CTS) computer labs provide members of the campus community with access to printing services and popular academic software titles. Anyone using a lab computer must sign in with an active MultiPass username and password.

The Duquesne Computer Store specializes in personal and departmental computer sales.

Duquesne Online Virtual Environment (DOVE)
Duquesne Online Virtual Environment (DOVE) provides remote access to virtualized computer environments with a variety of academic software titles.
Help Desk Support
The CTS Help Desk assists students, faculty and staff with technology-related questions and issues. Help Desk support is available via phone, email, online chat and walk-in visits.
iOS Device Support
CTS supports Apple iOS devices that are enrolled in the University's device management system and capable of using Apple's latest iOS version.
Network Access
Fast and secure network access provided on Duquesne's campus and secure access to restricted University resources and applications while on or away from campus.
Printing
Print using a CTS public computer lab or your own device with Web Print. University departments and academic offices have access to copying and scanning services with Xerox multi-function copiers.
Software Support
CTS licenses and supports several software products for Duquesne students, faculty and staff.
User File Services
University students and employees have access to a wide range of storage services, including cloud-based file storage through Microsoft OneDrive. Employees can store data using the University's internal file storage servers.
