Keyboardist Lucas Bowman (B.M. Performance, 2016) joined the Pittsburgh-based Rock n' Soul group The Commonheart while finishing his senior year at Duquesne. The band has since toured nationally as well as in Canada, sharing the stage with and opening for Gary Clark Jr., Willie Nelson, Van Morrison, Jack White, Sturgill Simpson, Brandi Carlile, Cold War Kids, JJ Grey and Mofro, and many others. The band released its second record entitled Pressure on August 16th and is touring across the United States, performing over thirty shows. Their national tour will culminate in a Pittsburgh homecoming at Stage AE on November 9th.
