The Mary Pappert School of Music prides itself on its excellent students and faculty. From performance to academics, our school is comprised of the finest musicians. The stories below showcase these students, faculty, and of course, our incredibly talented alumni.

From the fall of 2001 through the end of the 2018–2019 academic year, the Mary Pappert School of Music produced the annual TEMPO Magazine. Each issue chronicled the achievements and milestones of the students, faculty, and staff of our school.

In November 2015, we also began publishing TEMPO Monthly, an email digest to supplement the magazine and provide more timely updates. The response to this has been overwhelmingly positive, and we now have nearly 2,000 subscribers!

Now, we are pleased to announce that, in order to focus on getting even more news and updates, and in an effort to be more environmentally conscious, TEMPO Magazine will be replaced entirely with its digital counterpart.

TEMPO Monthly will continue to be sent mid-month and, as always, will contain all the events that have been scheduled for the following month, along with all-new stories focused on our entire MPSOM community. Archived issues of TEMPO Magazine are all available at the left.
