The Bayer School of Natural and Environmental Sciences offers a variety of merit and need-based scholarships that support the University's mission while recognizing student achievement.
There is no application process - all accepted students are considered for scholarships.*
The Bayer School Scholars Program is a cooperative program among Duquesne University, the Bayer School of Natural and Environmental Sciences, the Citizen Science Lab, research organizations, universities and science industries for incoming freshman who are from an under-represented population in the sciences.
*The Bayer School Scholars Program is the only Bayer School scholarship with an application process.
In addition to Bayer School scholarships, the University also offers merit and other scholarships.
Dean's Merit Scholarship
Recipients of the Dean's Merit Scholarship are eligible for up to $10,000 in financial aid. The award is granted to high-achieving students selected by a committee. All students are considered and will be contacted if they are selected.
