Welcome to Student Accounts

The Students Accounts Office helps students and parents understand their financial responsibilities to Duquesne. This is where you can get information on viewing and paying your bill. If you have questions, we are here to help.

All Billing is Online

Student billing at Duquesne is an easy and convenient process. However, it is important to understand that Duquesne does not mail paper bills or statements.You can learn more about eBills and payment options.

Students Must Authorize Parents as Authorized Users

Because college students' financial records are protected by the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Acts (FERPA), parents do not have automatic access to students' financial accounts.

To access and/or manage a student's financial accounts, a parent must be designated by a student as an authorized user in the CASHNet system. Learn how.

Fall 2019

CASHNet is now live!

CASHNet is the new online payment gateway for student payments, payment plans, refunds, etc. Find more information here!

Please note that parents do not automatically have access to CASHNet. Students must add parents/guardians as Authorized Users in order to obtain their own log in information. 


Fall bills will be available in CASHNet on Friday, July 12. Bills are due on Monday, August 26

Book Vouchers

Fall book vouchers will begin on Monday, July 8 and close on Friday, September 13.


Fall 2019 refunds will begin on Friday, September 6.

Students must enroll in eRefunds through CASHNet in order to receive funds via direct deposit. Direct deposit information previously on file in QuikPAY was not transferred to CASHNet.

The deadline to enroll in CASHNet eRefund for the first refund of the fall term is Monday, August 26. Students who do not enroll by that date will receive their refund via paper check mailed to their home address. 

Student Health Insurance

As a reminder, all full-time undergraduate and qualifying graduate students are required to have comprehensive medical coverage in the Pittsburgh area. To comply with this mandate, students must either enroll in SHIP OR waive it with proof of qualifying health insurance. The deadline to waive SHIP is August 31, 2019 and failure to complete a waiver will result in automatic enrollment. To enroll or waive, please visit
