Welcome to Student Accounts

The Students Accounts office helps students and parents understand their financial responsibilities to Duquesne. This is where you can get information on viewing and paying your bill. If you have questions, we are here to help.

All Billing is Online

Student billing at Duquesne is an easy and convenient process. However, it is important to understand that Duquesne does not mail paper bills or statements.You can learn more about eBills and payment options.

Students Must Authorize Parents as Payers

Because college students' financial records are protected by the Federal Family Educational Rights and Privacy Acts (FERPA), parents do not have automatic access to students' financial accounts.

To access and/or manage a student's financial accounts, a parent must be designated by a student as an authorized payer in the QuikPay system. Learn how.

Spring 2019 eBills will be updated Tuesday, March 5, 2018.

Registration

Summer/Fall registration opens March 18, 2019.  Check DORI for any holds.

Payment Plans

Spring payment plans are now open for enrollment in QuikPay. Click here for more information on enrollment deadlines.

1098T Forms

1098T forms are now available online.  Students will log into Heartland ECSI to receive their form. 

Cash Course 

Need help with budgeting, figuring how to pay for school etc? Duquesne University has joined with Cash Course, an online resource for financial success. It is free to join. Click here to sign up and gain access to a wealth of information.
