Sigma Tau Gamma
Sigma Tau Gamma was founded in 1920 at Central Missouri Teaching College. The fraternity was born out of the desires and aspirations of seventeen men in the belief that all men are social creatures and that friendships of college men are lasting ones.
Sigma Tau Gamma has grown to over 80 campuses across the country, including the Duquesne chapter, Delta Beta, which was founded on April 17th, 1978.
Their national philanthropy is Special Olympics of America and the brothers sponsor two events each year to raise money for this charity.
The men in this fraternity strive to follow six principles, which constitute areas in their lives dealing with value, learning, leadership, excellence, benefit, and integrity.
