M.B.A./M.S. in Biomedical Engineering
Joint degrees are offered between the Flex MBA/MS in Biomedical Engineering. The Flex M.B.A./M.S. in Biomedical Engineering requires a total of 59-62 credits.
Students must apply and be accepted to both programs of study. Students may begin their study in either the School of Business or in the School of Science and Engineering. Students who successfully complete all requirements will receive two degrees and two diplomas. The degrees must be conferred simultaneously.
Graduation Requirements for the M.B.A./M.S. in Biomedical Engineering
Students will complete all required coursework for the Flex M.B.A. and M.S. in Biomedical Engineering programs (see those program sections of the Catalog) with the following exceptions:
- Three credits of required electives in the MS in Biomedical Engineering will be satisfied by SCMG 610 The Hidden Engine: How Supply Chains Drive Everything (3 cr.)
- The three-credit Biomedical Engineering ethics requirement will be fulfilled by MGMT-518 Business Foundations: Ethics, Sustainability, & Law (3 cr.)
