The Master of Science in Leadership degree is a 30 credit online program, consisting of a core group of leadership courses while also providing student flexibility to select courses tailored to their interests and motivations.

Requirements for the
M.S. Degree (30 credits)
The MS in Leadership program provides professionals with targeted and flexible skills with which to develop and strengthen their individual leadership style and philosophy and to advance their career development goals. The program focuses on the development and refinement of competencies such as critical and creative thinking, innovative problem solving, critical decision making, communicating effectively, forging alliances, resolving conflict, and inspiring others, all within a strong ethical framework.
