M.B.A./M.S. in Entrepreneurial Leadership
Joint degrees are offered between the Flex M.B.A./M.S. in Entrepreneurial Leadership. The Flex M.B.A./M.S. in Entrepreneurial Leadership requires a total of 48 credits.
Students may begin their studies in either program. Students who successfully complete all requirements will receive two degrees and two diplomas. The degrees must be conferred simultaneously.
Graduation Requirements for the M.B.A./M.S. in Entrepreneurial Leadership
Students will complete all required coursework for the Flex M.B.A. and M.S. in Entrepreneurial Leadership programs (see those program sections of the Catalog) with the following exceptions:
- Six (6) of the following credits from the M.S. in Entrepreneurial Leadership may count as M.B.A. electives: ENTR 602 The Entrepreneurial Manager (3 cr.), GRBU 638 Project Management (3 cr.), and MGMT 620 Managing Innovation and Change (3 cr.).
- ENTR 604 Sales & Marketing for the Entrepreneurial Firm (3 cr.) in the M.S. Entrepreneurial Leadership program will be fulfilled by taking MKTG 522 Marketing in the Digital Age (3 cr.).
- MGMT 619 Budgeting & Finance for Leaders (3 cr.) in the M.S. Entrepreneurial Leadership program will be fulfilled by taking FINC 530 Finance for Managers.
- M.S. in Entrepreneurial Leadership coursework may be used to fulfill the 9 credits of required certificate coursework within the M.B.A. program.
- Note: Students must graduate with a total of at least 48 credits. This will require completing an additional elective(s) from the M.B.A. program.
