25% Tuition Award
Duquesne is offering a 25% tuition award for select graduate degrees.
McNair Scholar Alumni Award
Part of our fabric is a strong commitment to a diverse community of scholars and professionals. We recognize McNair Scholars' potential for success in pursuing graduate education at Duquesne and the unique perspectives and insight they bring to our community.
We are delighted to announce our McNair Scholar Alumni Award, which provides a one-time $5,000 tuition award. This award will be applied during the first year of study to McNair Scholars enrolled in a degree-seeking graduate program. The McNair Scholar Alumni Award can be combined with any additional scholarships or awards that scholars may receive from their program of interest.
Students who graduated from a McNair Scholar program as an undergraduate will need to submit a letter of recommendation from their program's Director. Letters can be emailed to the office of Graduate Enrollment Services.
Pittsburgh Promise Alumni Award
Duquesne University is proud to be a Preferred College Partner of The Pittsburgh Promise, with approximately 250 undergraduate Promise students currently enrolled. In order to help students continue their education, a 30% tuition scholarship is now available for Pittsburgh Promise alumni pursuing a graduate degree!
School of Nursing Tuition Awards
Tuition awards for eligible students enrolling in specific graduate nursing programs at Duquesne. For more information and eligibility requirements, please email or visit the School of Nursing website.
Lay Teacher 60% Tuition Award
Current full-time lay teachers of pre-K through high school or school administrators in a Roman Catholic school in the Pittsburgh, Greensburg, or Altoona-Johnstown Dioceses pursuing a non-doctoral degree or certificate in the School of Education may be eligible to receive a 60% discount on School of Education tuition.
