Chief Facilities Officer



Rodney DobishRod Dobish, Associate Vice President and Chief Facilities Officer, is responsible for building services, campus maintenance, energy center operations, event logistics, grounds, mailing, material services and project design and construction. Rod is a co-founder of Duquesne's St. Anthony's Schools Program and supports the Bond Compliance, Labor Management, Labor Management Safety, and University Safety Committees.

Coleman Griffin
Manager of Grounds, Sustainability, and Motor Pool


Coleman GriffinColeman Griffin, Manager of Grounds, Sustainability, and Motor Pool, is responsible for the direct oversight and daily planning of campus landscape operations, greening initiatives, seasonal snow removal and student sustainability activities. Coleman also coordinates the Facilities Management Motor Pool.

Senior Director of Design and Construction


Mark MinoskiMark Minoski, Senior Director of Design and Construction, is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the efforts of project managers and all activities related to new and proposed construction and renovation projects.

Senior Director of Facility Services and Operations


Bill ZilcoskyBill Zilcosky, Senior Director of Facility Services and Operations, provides oversight and direction to facilities management operations including housekeeping services, landscape planning, mailing services, material handling, sustainability initiatives and University event logistics.
