LCLD Success in Law School 1L Mentoring Program Information Session
- 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM
- Room 203
The Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) offers a 1L Success in Law School Mentoring Program each year that is open to first-year day and first-year evening students who are from diverse and underrepresented backgrounds.
Join Tami Mack (L'16) and Max Gelernter, both of whom are Associates at K&L Gates, as they talk about the LCLD Mentor Program that begins this fall.
LCLD matches students with attorneys in the Pittsburgh area and offers educational programming during the year. Mentors usually talk with students about their experiences during law school, their practice areas, and the legal job market. Students may register at https://www.lcldnet.org/programs/law-school-mentoring/mentees/. Mentors are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. (Note: Registration is not yet open, but it will be open soon.)
Food provided. Please RSVP via DuqLawConnect (under the "Events" tab).
