Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Traditional BSN - A four-year program for high school and transfer students that leads to a BSN degree.
Second Degree BSN - A one-year BSN program for the non-nurse who already has a baccalaureate degree.
BME/BSN Dual Degree - This five-year Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Nursing dual degree integrates clinical knowledge and patient care with engineering techniques in a single academic program.

Graduate Application Exceptions
Due to higher education regulation policies, Duquesne University is unable to accept applications for admission to online programs and courses from students residing in:
- Alabama
- Louisiana
- Tennessee
- Washington
If you reside in one of the following states, please note these exceptions:
- Arizona: Duquesne University is able to accept applications for all online nursing programs except any MSN Nurse Practitioner and PMC Nurse Practitioner programs.
- New York: Duquesne University is able to accept applications for the PhD in Nursing and the PhD in Nursing Ethics programs.
