Biography
Carolina Frantz, MSN, RN, is the BSN-AID Director of Diversity and Inclusion at Duquesne University School of Nursing. She was most recently faculty at the Heritage Valley School of nursing, teaching leadership and critical care for their nursing program. She worked in various nursing and leadership roles at UPMC for 14 years, including roles within Home Health. '
Carolina obtained her Associate degree in Nursing at the Community College of Allegheny County, and Baccalaureate and Master's degrees at Carlow University, with a concentration in nursing leadership and education. She is a founding member and president of The Western Pennsylvania Area Chapter of the National Association of Hispanic Nurses.
