Biography
Leslie Mansfield serves as the Director of the First-Year Innovation Experience at the Palumbo-Donahue School of Business.
During her distinguished career, Leslie held key leadership roles in supply chain and project management at major companies, including Bombardier and Westinghouse. Leslie has made significant contributions to the success of major projects and the overall growth of these organizations.
After retiring in 2017, Leslie joined the School as an Executive in Residence (EIR) to lead the new First-Year Innovation Experience, an intensive cornerstone course taken by all first-year students that includes a corporate competition with real stakes. After serving as an EIR for 6 years, Leslie was named Director of this important course. The First Year Innovation Experience helps instill entrepreneurial thinking and influence skills while giving students the opportunity to work with a corporate partner, earn a great resume line, and compete for $15,000 in scholarship prizes.
