Financial Responsibility Agreement

When a student formally registers for classes at Duquesne University, either by submitting proper registration forms to their advisor or by registering online, the student agrees to the financial obligation terms in the Financial Responsibility Agreement.

Fee Descriptions

The purpose and use of this fee, which is charged to all COM/MBS students each term of enrollment, is to support the payment of costs for the COM/MBS programs.
This fee, which is charged to all PhD students each term of enrollment, is to support continuous access to library resources, recreational facilities, the wellbeing center and other student services.
This fee is charged to all law students for each term of enrollment and is to support the total cost to educate and provide support to students.
The purpose and use of this fee, which is charged to all pharmacy students each term of enrollment, is to support the payment of expenses accrued over all four years of the professional phase of the program, such as professional liability insurance, criminal background checks, white coats, and various software programs.
The purpose and use of this fee, which is charged to all nurse anesthesia students each fall term, is to support clinical site application fees, COA accreditation fees, clinical coordinator stipends, simulation equipment and workshops, Medatrax fees, and any fees charged by clinical sites and administrative costs.
The purpose and use of these fees, charged each term of enrollment, is to support ExamSoft, Isabelle and Typhon Softward, Pocket Nurse, APEA Suite and Sonoism.
The purpose and use of this fee, which is charged to all students receiving tuition remission or tuition exchange each term of enrollment, is to partially support the total cost to educate and provide support to students.
