Choose from more than 35 study abroad locations including our Italian Campus in Rome
and Duquesne in Dublin program. Opportunities include short month-long programs starting
in May, spring breakaway trips as well as semester-long programs around the world.
One of the things our students continually rave about is our best of both worlds'
campus that's private and park-like and steps from downtown Pittsburgh. While strolling
Academic Walk to get to class, you'll enjoy our beautiful, safe, self-contained campus
with lots of green spaces and a distinctive view of the city skyline. And steps from
campus you'll have all of the internships, culture, recreation, dining, and shopping
of a major city!

When I decided on music therapy, I found that Duquesne was one of the few schools
that offered it. I fell in love with the program. Opportunities are here when I want
to take them. Duquesne and Pittsburgh are flourishing.
My proudest accomplishment has been becoming a student leader at Duquesne. The
Center for Excellence in Diversity and Student Inclusion has connected me to new friends
and led me to become greatly involved with the Black Student Union on campus.
Unlike other campuses, it feels like you are part of a community here. They welcome
you from Day One and walk with you throughout your experience.
I wanted a change of scenery, and I thought Duquesne’s location was perfect—the
ideal college campus right in the middle of a city. I also saw connecting with professors
to be critical in succeeding as a student, both academically and with networking.
Duquesne equipped me with the skills and resources to confidently enter the workforce
and seek opportunities that enrich my professional life. My time at Duquesne and in
Pittsburgh has shaped me into the person I am today.
Our club sports offer an exciting outlet to de-stress, have fun and create unforgettable
