M.B.A./PharmD 

Joint degrees are offered between the Professional M.B.A./PharmD and the Flex M.B.A./PharmD. The Professional M.B.A./PharmD requires a total of 245.5 credits, and the Flex M.B.A./PharmD requires a total of 238 credits.

Students must apply and be accepted to both programs of study. Students who successfully complete all requirements will receive two degrees and two diplomas. The PharmD degree must be conferred prior to or simultaneously with the M.B.A. degree. A student who is dismissed from the PharmD program will be automatically dismissed from the M.B.A. program, as well. Readmission to the M.B.A. program may be considered after the conferral of a bachelor's degree.

Graduation Requirements for the M.B.A./PharmD

Professional M.B.A.

Students will complete all required coursework for the Professional M.B.A. and PharmD programs (see those program sections of the Catalog) with the following exceptions:

  • Nine credits of required electives for the PharmD will be satisfied by M.B.A. coursework.

Flex M.B.A.

Students will complete all required coursework for the Flex M.B.A. and PharmD programs (see those program sections of the Catalog) with the following exceptions:

  • Nine credits of required electives for the PharmD will be satisfied by M.B.A. coursework.
